All fine, but overpriced breakfast

Great service and tasty breakfast, but room cleanliness could be better.

The hotel had a nice ambiance, and staff almost always exceeded expectations, making me feel welcome each time I interacted with them. However, some areas felt slightly dated which affected the overall experience. Despite that, the cleanliness and friendly demeanor of the team made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed for my wedding night and had a really great experience. The staff made me feel special and ensured everything was perfect for us. The late checkout was a huge plus, and I loved how comfortable and clean the room was. I wish the breakfast prices were a bit lower as it seemed a bit steep, but overall, it was a delightful stay!

the mattress felt like a slab of stone. the highlight was the delicious food at the restaurant (haddock Florentine was amazing! ). the staff was super friendly, and the indoor pool was a great way to relax after a long day.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

The King Room was really clean and comfortable. I appreciated the earplugs they provided since I'm a light sleeper. Bed was nice, and I didn't hear much noise from outside, which was a relief being near the elevators. There was also a good amount of space to move around, which I liked. No major issues aside from that, just a solid stay.

Unexpected pool fun!

The kids loved the pool area, especially the water slide! The staff was incredibly friendly, making our family feel right at home during our stay.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the tasty breakfast and the cozy king room with a whirlpool. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day! The only downside was that the whirlpool could have been a bit bigger, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊
